The wood is good quality, and the grip tape is really grippy! .The skateboard was well priced and it arrived on time.The deck seems fine. The Board itself is a laminated board that gives you the durability and Flexibility all in one.The Wheels are So Nice and Soft. its Moving pretty Quick in the Rough Surface. Overall it is a great skateboard with solid build quality for it's budget price.This is a completely genuine review. I was not pay to review this :) Love the board.

The board is really sturdy with a high weight capacity. The wheels aren’t too hard for riding around in the street. The bearing roll pretty well and the shields can be popped off for cleaning and maintenance. This is a great value for the price and good for beginners. I’m and adult beginner and I got this to just mess around on while playing outside with my kids.

I was looking to get back to skating after being away for considerable years. I was hesitant to build my own setup (and spend the cash) until I knew I'd enjoy skating as much as I once did.My goal was to find an affordable, complete skateboard that I could skate either on the street or at the local skate parks various times throughout the week. Here's what I discovered about the Puente ...First and foremost it's a good value board that will allow you to skate either street or parks with no problem. To date I'm still skating this board; however, I have recently (9/1/18) upgraded the bearings, wheels and replaced the grip tape, which will shed quite quickly.Also the board is setup fairly stiff so take the time to try different settings (tightness, looseness) with the trucks as well as the wheels.The deck appears to be made of good construction, as mine has taken quite a beaten over the last few months and continues to perform admirably.So if you're looking for a good value, entry level board that'll more than handle the rigors of street and park skating, this one is definitely worth a consideration.

Once I broke the 300 lb mark I never thought I could skateboard again. I loved skating as a kid and teenager. I skated almost everyday. Then life started happening and it was less and less throughout my 20’s and then nothing. I’m 6’4 and I hit 300 when I was 40 and I figured that was the nail in the coffin. At that point it had already been probably 13-15 years since I had skated. Then a few weeks ago out of nowhere, my niece asked if I knew how to skate and I told her I did but I couldn’t really show her but I could tell her. So I instructed her for a couple of weeks but he hit a wall with what I could “teach” without showing. We searched “skateboards for fat people” and found this board eventually. I absolutely love it and now we are able to skate together. I can’t believe I’m 43, 310 lbs, and 6’4 out here skating again.

I’m only a beginner so I don’t know to much about skateboards, but from what I can tell this is a pretty good board. I started riding it around may and since then I have slowly gotten better! The design is also really cool.

I ordered for my teen son who is a beginner but needed a longer board. He definitely has great control with this board and loves it! It does scratch easily & he was a little disappointed by the picture getting scratched up the first use. Not sure that would be different with any other board, though, other than the plastic ones.

Good skateboard with nice trucks, wheels and bearings. Wheel adjustment is needed but only takes a few minutes. Awesome turning due to looser trucks. Good or beginners but worked awesome for more experienced skateboarders too. The deck does seem to be a bit bigger than 8.0 and personally I like a small board so that was my only bad experience with the board

It is a very nice skateboard everything is already assembled and ready to go on it. It rides good and is a decent weight. Overall this skateboard is awesome and worth its value.
