Where can you purchase a replacement body shell?

I have not found a direct body replacement for the mustang. There are plenty 4x4 bodies out there. You can convert one if needed

Are there ways we can change how long it takes for the car battery to die?

Do you want the charge to last longer? If so theres a switch changing the power levels from 50-75-100% on lower settings it'll last a little longer. I hit a great deal on ebay for $50 and love this car. Mine came with 3 batteries too. Buy some spare batteries they are cheap.
