Buy this one.
Been running it in my 2002 Chrysler Concorde 3.5 for a couple thousand miles. No issues.Had a Stant thermo in that made it overheat. Save yourself the trouble and buy this one. I know it's more expensive but these cars are fickle.

Didn't Work Properly
I installed in a 2005 Chrysler 300 Limited. It's fit was fine, but it caused my car to not heat up to full operating temperature, like it was stuck open. The temp would float around 160F on a 70 degree day. During the winter, if the outside temp was below 20F, my temp gage wouldn't even move. Of course I didn't have any heat in the car then.It also caused my check engine light to turn on. When I checked it with my OBDII scanner it said something to the effect that my car was taking too long to heat up. I reset the light a couple times, but it just came back. Would I buy again? Nope, never. It was a waste of time and money. I replaced with a Stant thermostat, and now my car heats up like it's supposed to.

Good OEM thermostat
I installed it in 2001 Chrysler 300M. I also temperature-tested it and opened and closed at exactly the same temperature as the one originally installed on the car (82C/180F).
