YouKnow with YONO How did you come up with the idea for this product? The idea of YONO comes from our own experience. Two of our team members had the experience of trying to use BBT data to get pregnant as suggested by our OB/GYN. We found the process very painful and frustrating. Many days, we forgot to measure or record needed data before we got up. Other days, we forgot to prepare a bedside thermometer before sleep. So, for women like us, we wanted to solve the problem of collecting data. What makes your product special? YONO makes charting BBT seamless and effortless. So Disappointed!
I am so disappointed, I have has this for for 3 months and it has already stopped working. While it was working it was nice, however, I went out of town for a week and forgot to pack it. When I got back home a week later the charge had run down and now it will not take a charge. I have used every plug and every cord in the house, nothing has worked. For the amount of money that I spent I really expected it to last longer than three months! Buyer beware!!!

Save your money!
This was a real disappointment. I was excited to get it. But I have had 7 days in the last three weeks that it has not monitored my temps of which 3 of those days was within the first week. My temps were always so much lower than my in mouth readings( like 1-2 degrees lower). The ear piece never became comfortable enough as I had to adjust it multiple times a night. All in all I would not buy this again. It's a good concept but they still have some kinks to work out. I'd say overall save your money. In fact I'm returning it today.

Excited for a wearable tracker but too uncomfortable
In a nutshell: too uncomfortable.Pros: (1) Love that I don't have to wake up to take my bbt, as my wake-up time varies between 5am and 7am. (2) I also love that the bbt goes directly to the app so I don't have to enter it myself.Cons: (1) It hurts. I've worn it now for 4 nights and it is killing my ears. It felt okay the first time I put it in, but after two nights of wearing it in the same ear, my ear is really sore and hurts to touch. I switched ears thinking maybe switching ears every night might help but my other ear hurt after just one night. Very uncomfortable. (2) It works fine, although the connection to the app is iffy. I have to connect it to the app, shut the app down, then open the app again to see the data, and this morning the data never showed up.I'm returning the product and am going to try a different wearable monitor, such as Ava, that won't be so uncomfortable and painful. If it weren't for how uncomfortable it is to wear, I would have kept it and given it 4 stars.

Worst product ever bought
This is a total waste of money, it's definitely the worst product I have ever bought.1. You have to have the app to work it and the app never works.2. The device itself doesn't work, doesnt connect.3. You will never see your BBT.4. The company YONO labs is completely useless, they will never reply to you.5. It's a money making scam.

This is ridiculous
I bought this hoping it would make taking my basal temp easier. I received the product Friday. I started wearing it Friday night. I followed the directions. I made sure it was being worn in my ear correctly, it isn't in the ear I sleep on, and it fits securely. It has only given me one basal temp in 5 days. I emailed customer service this morning. I still haven't received a response. Also I've noticed my temps seem very low with this. Sometimes as low as 93 degrees. We all know that's impossible. I wouldn't be sitting here warning others not to purchase this product if my temp were that low. I'm going to give it a couple more days. If there isn't a dramatic improvement I plan to return yono and stick with my $10 thermometer. Btw I'm still using that thermometer as yono has only given me one basal temp so far.

Showed Inaccurate Temps
I really wanted this to work but it always shoes really inaccurate low temperatures from 85-93 degrees. I tried every different size ear piece thinking that was the problem and still no improvement. I think the idea of this product is great, however it just did not work for me.

One thing I love the most about YONO is that it's an earbud
I replaced a $15 digital BBT thermometer with YONO recently. I'm excited that YONO makes charting easier and more convenient. By wearing the YONO earbud for a whole night and sync the data in the morning, user errors were eliminated. I don't have to worry about taking temp before moving, and manually input the data into my fertility app. YONO says it uses algorithm to plot the monthly fertility chart instead of using single data point everyday. I'll keep using it and update here as I have my monthly chart. For now I'm excited to see my nightly temp graph. One thing I love the most about YONO is that it's an earbud, which is non-invasive and easy to wear. My friends gave me ava bracelet as a gift, but I found it annoying when we are sleeping - the bracelet fell off my wrist, so the data was everywhere, and my husband was scratched by the bracelet a few times.

I ordered this product with high hopes. Unfortunately, this product does not deliver on its promises. the product is nicely packed but there is no manual on how to turn it on so you have to search for everything online. Once you set it up you have to wear it whole night before finding out if it works or not. The trouble piece is connecting to your phone via Bluetooth. Because my phone never found this device , the charging on of this device always seemed to be OK (according to online manual) and I gave it more nights to try I am just giving up and sending it back. If this device would have a monitor and bluetooth would be defective I would keep it but it is just too defective and too unuserfriendly to use so I am sending it back
