These are a Lifesaver
When you need to remove a pin in a D-Sub connector, don't risk damaging the pin or connector, or both! This is a nice tool that works well and should hold up for a long time.

Much efficient, very wow, such good
Best pin extractor I've used yet for DB connectors. So pleased with it, had my employer order some for others to use at work

What you've been missing....
Like many, I've used the red/white d-sub insertion/extraction tool (different brands) for years, with the usual frustration. This tool is way more durable, slips easily around the wire, and saves hours of old norse exclamations.

worked better than the Harding factory tool (and so much cheaper)
worked great on Harding connectors.

It works great
I had to swap some pins in a 25 pin D sub connector on my CNC machine. This made removal and reinstallation a snap. No damage to the pins. They locked back in place and the machine is up and running again.

Perfect
Easy and safe removal and insertion of DB9 pins contacts with AWG22 wire size. Feels professional and high quality.

Get 2, you’ll break one.
Comes in very handy when you need it but it is very delicate. You have to be as gentle as possible or it will break on you. Best bet is to expect to break one, so better grab 2.

Worked for both male and female pins with wires attached
I tried using one of the red/white extract tools and after struggling for perhaps an hour, I wasn't able to remove a single pin. This tool looked like it might work better, so I decided to give it a try. Removing the pins was easy. I inserted the tool, heard a click, rotated 90 degrees (per the instructions) and then pulled both the wire and tool. This worked every time to remove both male and female pins.
