Amazing replaceement
Instructions very clear, included tool is very useful and overall quality of earpads are 10/10 feel super comfy on your head. will be buying these again when needed

Finally a good replacement
I've struggled for nearly a year now with my original ear pads, they have gotten quite grimy and difficult to wash and when they finally tore a little I gave up on them and bought these.At first they were a little stiff and not as comfortable but as they wore in over the next couple weeks their comfort skyrocketed! I been wearing them for several months now and they feel just like the originals. No crazy colours or stupid branding just a nice direct swap was also a huge selling point for me.I have noticed a small reduction in the ability of the noise isolation even after recalibrating it but personally this has been a small price to pay!The installation process was very easy and only took me about 5 minutes, just be careful when taking the old cups off you don't dislodge the foam over the speaker!I highly recommend these to anyone struggling with the same issue I had, and will likely buy them again as these eventually go grimy too!

Sound proofing not quite as good as original
AS title describes but the sound proofing is still quite good, just not the same as the original to my ears. Otherwise, comes with a small tool, instructions to replace and easy to install. Would recommend

Perfect if you have a big head
Originally bought the Wicked Cushions version as the original cups were painful after an hour or two of use. The Wicked ones were more padded but very uncomfortable within a few minutes of wear to the point I was going to sell the headphones.I took a punt on these and they solved the problem immediately and are even better after a month wearing them in. I can now wear the headphones for many hours and they're perfect. If you have a big head and the headphones are at their maximum expansion when you wear them then these are the ear cushions you buy.

Kills ANC - deafening high pitch whine! Avoid!
The media could not be loaded. AVOID! Since fitting these cups, my headphones started making this awful feedback sound. Some research suggests that this is down to the cups being an improper fit. It hurt like hell when this blurted out full volume into my ears. I've tried refitting the cups, but this still happens.

Not all that..
Was looking for some replacement pads and because sony don't make their own, I looked around for third party pads. So the installation was easy enough they fit well BUT... for people who wear glasses these are not worth it. I could wear my headphones for a few hours without feeling uncomfortable with my glasses on with the original ear pads but with these my ears will start aching after 30 minutes and it feels too constricting. I did try wearing them without glasses on and they seems fine. Just an extra point... the ANC dropped off quite noticeably, I don't know how ear pads could cause that big of a drop off but they did.
