The media could not be loaded. This product is definitely effective, it’s help reduced our use for melatonin drastically. I would say that the raspberry flavor isn’t for everyone, it’s a little strong, but hasn’t deterred anybody enough to stop taking it.

The flavor was fine. The texture of the gummies is better than other name brand ones in that they're easier to chew and they don't stick to your teeth. However the gummies have kind of a grainy residue. It's not bad, but you may or may not find it unpleasant.
