I had the worst migrane of my life yesterday. I also received my ear seed kit in the mail yesterday (very quick processing and shipping). My husband was able to look at the ebook and figure out how to apply the seeds in the correct spot in a minute or two. The first seed took my pain level down to almost nothing! I still had fuzzy vision and a small amount of pain from my migrane so he applied a second seed. The second seed helped my vision go back to normal and my pain to go away. These seeds are amazing!! My Auriculotherapy ear Kit came quickly. They sent ahead the e-book as soon as the order was received. When I received my kit they followed up the same day which was great because I had a question which they responded to right away as well. I have been suffering from migraines for 30 years and the first time I put the pieces on l was getting relief in ten minutes. It was truly a miracle for me and my family. The book is very easy to follow and I suggest printing it out for easier access. I also ask about some other problems was having that wasn't covered in the book and they were kind enough to send me some information and suggestions. Please if you have these problems like me and have been on every medicine there is try it there's nothing to lose. Also don't get discouraged if it doesn't work right away for some people it takes a few weeks but if you can catch that headache before it turns debilitating and this works even half the time I call it a win. The Kit arrived promptly and the kit was everything they said it was. The E-book arrived and is very easy to understand. The acupuncture seeds are high quality and remain in place for several days even through showering. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Do not like to stay attached

all the instructions are in Chinese or Taiwanese, not even sure what language that is and don't know how to get the free eBook advertised unless is in the instructions and I don't know how to read it.

Stick well, except I never got the book so I'm not sure where to put them
