EDIT: Customer support is wonderful! I spoke with them and they sent me another tumbler. I have used it and have no issues with it thus far. I am real appreciative of this company.I loved this - it's very durable, aesthetically pleasing, and does its job wonderfully. I've steeped tea and drank fruit infused water out of it and it's great. I use it daily. However; I'm not sure what it is but it's developed a taste and smell that I can not get out. I've washed it multiple times, soaked it for hours and hours in water, soap, and even bleach but I can't get the taste/smell out. It wouldn't be the worst but it seeps in to whatever I'm drinking and ruins it. I'm not sure how to remedy it so I haven't been using it as much as I would like too. It's a shame because I absolutely love this thing.

This was gifted to me for my birthday and I love it!! First I fell in love with the detail Chakra design and the wooden top. Then I fell in love with the fact that I can use bag AND loose tea!! Just be careful- it’s glass! I want to give it all 5/5 stars but glass breaks and I already have a slight fracture in the glass from where it slipped out of my hands in the sink while washing. Nothing broke, I’m fine, but be cautious bc it is glass :). Love the packaging too!!! Looks just like the photos!!

I purchased two, they both broke within 2 months. I love the design but it is a piece of junk. I purchased one and was loving it but then it broke after a month. I thought maybe I was not handling it as carefully as I should have so I purchased another one. The 2nd one was handled VERY carefully but it still broke within 2 months. The top of the outer glass just cracked and fell off. I really liked the size, the amount of herbs I could put in it, and the chakra symbols but it is just not worth purchasing. Now I am out more than $50 with nothing but 2 months use to show for it.

Loved it. Beautiful bottle. Glass is very fragile, make sure you buy a cover for it.

These are so pretty and so useful when they aren't broken. Unfortunately, I bought two (one for me and one for a friend) and both broke within two weeks of using them. My friend's broke when she set it down (from the bottom). Mine broke when I accidentally knocked it over on my desk (not a fun mess to clean). I mean yeah I probably should have gotten some kinda of neoprene sleeve but it's frustrating that they broke sooo fast. It's life I guess.

Beautiful cup and convenient but unfortunately it tipped over on my desk and shattered .. it only needs one tipping over and it’s over for the cup.

This may sound silly, but NALU won me over as soon as I unwrapped their bubble-wrapped package - the product packaging was so beautiful! That may sound silly, but I really appreciate that kind of thing so it literally made me feel like I was unwrapping a gift for myself :) Actually, I suppose I am giving myself the gift health because a) the glass bottle means less toxins and better tasting water, super-important to me; b) the bottle can hold a lot of water so I'm drinking more and refilling more often; and c) I'm gradually getting more and more 'adventurous' with what I put into my infuser! As you can see from my pic, today I put in lemons, limes, and cranberries! The bottle itself luxurious feeling, so when I carry it on the go or to my workout class I feel pampered (and who couldn't use a little more of that in their life, right?!) Another really important thing to me about this bottle is it's very easy to clean which is huge for a busy, on-the-go mom entrepreneur!My only challenge with this bottle was picking which design I wanted - they're all so beautiful!! I actually ended up buying 2 :) This may sound a little cheesy, but the designs are constant visual reminders for me to stay 'calm & balanced', which is also something I appreciate having in front of me throughout the day.I would highly recommend this product! Actually, I already did to a friend of mine and my mom was envying my bottle the last time I saw here so I'm going to surprise her with one for her birthday :)

Amazon did me a good one this time.this product is everything I hoped for and moreIt came on time wrapped very nicely and works even better than advertised.There is many different ways you can put tea in this bottle sometimes I put it in the bottom sometimes in the metal container and sometimes just right on top where the lid screws on. It is very versatile.What you see is exactly what you will get it is a very very nice glass that will not break.If you drop it it will break but you have to be pretty rough because this is thick.The only thing I do not like is the wooden cap as wood tends to collect bacteria. Other than that 10 out of 10 and I would definitely buy a second time
