The original faucet developed an issue of incorrectly illuminating RED and not illuminating BLUE based upon the condition of the units filters. The customer service provided by Waterdrop was superb to resolve the issue. My request for support was promptly responded to with explicit troubleshooting steps (e.g. supplying a video of the symptoms, power cycling steps, etc). Once the issue was isolated to the faucet unit, a replacement faucet (a newer/current faucet version with display) was promptly arranged at a reasonable spare part costing. Fortunately, the newer faucet was a direct replacement easy to install. Kodos especially to customer service representative Krystal! Review: This system is excellent for water quality and taste I highly recommend adding the m&r remineralization filter in line with the output water. This system takes up the least space of any reverse osmosis System that I've researched and it produces high quality water on demand with a tankless design at a rate of 400 gallons per day I can fill my entire coffee pot up in about 25 seconds. I also added the PMT or pressure mini tank and ran a line to my refrigerator ice maker and water supply and it works just fine.
