Awesome!! Sums it up!! Comes with 2 ice/hot packs, but the great thing is, it comes with its own sleeve, so you don't have "wrap a towel around it", and then it moves all over the place etc. I get frequent migraines, and holding an ice pack, with a hand towel wrapped around it, it just is too clumsy. Anyone who gets migraines, or for any type of pain, that's not something you really want to fool with at that particular time!! You won't be disappointed, I can promise you, I've had chronic pain for quite a long time, I've tried many different ice/hot packs. It's a must for any household!!!!

We have just received the product. Looks like good quality. My wife still didn't use it, but I'm sure it will worth the buy.

THEY SHOULD ALL LHAVE A PROTECTIVE COVER. YOU COULD HEAT THEN MORE , THEY WOULD BE EASIER TO HANDLE AND THEY WOULD KEEP THING WARM LONGER

These two gel packs are sturdy, quality-made, yet flexible to form to whatever use you need. I love that they can be used hot or cold. I purchased them for icing that will be required after a surgery and they will be perfect size and flexibility. I like the terry terry cover, but wish it came with two covers so I could use both at the same time. Good quality and value.

I was pleasantly surprised that the heating pads were larger than expected. They work really well, and hold the temperature so that you don't have to reheat/refreeze in 5 minutes. It stays somewhat soft when frozen, and came with a cloth cover for comfort. I would recommend it.

Perfect! I have to do cold and hot compresses on my dog's lymph nodes. He's a little guy and tolerates the gel packs well. Two packs, plus a cover, for a great price is an awesome deal and I definitely recommend. :)

Product arrived as I expected from the description. I was surprised at the softness of the cover. It also seems light enough to remain flexible yet heavy enough to do the job.
