We accompany our pets to the patio (concrete floor) every morning with a hot cup of coffee, which stays hot over the ensuing 30 minutes to hour of play time. If knocked off a table, they do not break as ceramic undoubtably would. Try going to the Yeti website, they'll probably have it and you can order it direct. **Q: How do I clean under the magnetic slide part? There is coffee and cream collecting under there and it is gross.** A: The magnet just pulls off. You can stick your finger through the hole when it is closed to help pop it off. I always take my magnets off when I wash the mugs.
