No it's not normal. If there is a battery picture on the mask while it's charging but the bars don't all fill up there's something wrong with the mask or charger.

Yes but it might be too big for small children.

It's called the shining mask app. If you buy it the instructions will guide you.

Q: Can this shining mask make the patterns in the squid game?

I think this should be possible, I have seen someone make a related video.
