Manufacturer cares about customers. Also, diaper bag is awesome.
UPDATED 4/29/2017Wow. I had a pretty horrible experience the first time around. Basically a washer was missing and I couldn't get the sprayer to stop leaking for love or money and I tried using one of the two small included washers and the water pressure shot it up into my float and I had to fix my toilet. I left a fairly scathing review here and bought a different brand sprayer. When I returned the original sprayer, I left the diaper bag out, my wife had been using it and the inside was dirty with, well, my son's poop, and I half expected to get a denied return because I didn't include it.Then something happened that I never thought would. I was sent another sprayer with a personal letter of apology. The manufacturer read the review and worked to make it right. I won't go into specifics, but I would have never expected a manufacturer to go as far as he did. He even included another diaper bag, mentioning I could keep both! This is clearly a man/company who cares about their products and customers. The new sprayer works great. It installed in minutes and no leaks. And yes, it already had a nice large washer inside the T valve.I had already bought another Diaper Sprayer from here on Amazon, Sm@rterFresh and I now have each installed on different toilets, and have used both today. I will update the below in a month or so with a more in-depth comparison.Installation notesMake sure there is a washer in the top of the T valve.Unscrew the blue caps.Use included Plumbers tape on all threads. 1 layer is good enough. Google how to use plumber's tape if you are unsure.Position T valve with the lever away from the toilet. The hose is long enough to reach and the lever is easier to get to this way.Screw the side hose into the T valve before putting the T valve on the tank, it is much easier to not work in the tight space behind the toilet. After screwing 1 turn on the top of the T-valve stop and wiggle it a bit to make sure it is level, with the hose on the side, it will be very easy to cross thread. After screwing the T valve up half way, stop and verify that it is still level and not cross threaded. After you use the sprayer each time. Turn off the water to the sprayer with the lever. Then give the sprayer one last squeeze into the toilet to clear the line of water. The long hose will lay easier when empty. The goodThe sprayer looks nice and I like the push button more than the other paddle style common on diaper sprayers. The sprayer includes a mesh water screen to prevent debris from clogging the sprayer head. The nozzle adjusts for 2 different spray modes based on pressure and type of stream you need. One of the spray modes is gentle enough for skin. (Other sprayer is painful on direct skin)The hose feels like good quality. It is a woven fiber hose with the metal hose as a sheath over top.The hose is really long. Just tuck the excess behind the toilet when not in use.The diaper bag that comes with it is pretty nice, and it's a wet/dry bag so it has the extra zippered compartment.Installation is pretty easy and straight forward. This sprayer is cheaper in cost (not quality) than most others and the included Wet/Dry bag is worth another $8-15.The NeutralThe lever on the T valve, at one end turns everything off and at the other turns just the tank on. Meaning you can't have just the sprayer on, this is by design and not a big deal, but it takes a moment to find the sweet spot for maximized pressure. The Bad.You also do have to turn the sprayer off after each use. This is standard on every sprayer though, as it's a liability issue.

Glad I got this one
As of tomorrow, I will have had this for a week. And I must say that out of all the other sprayers that are out there for sale, I believe that I've made the best choice. Okay, so I would consider myself a girly, girl. I have never in my life did anything with plumbing except flushing the toilet and turning water off and on. My husband is deployed, so I had no choice but to give it a shot. The step-by-step instructions along with the pictures made it ridiculously easy and it wasn't even gross. My hands had to go under the toilet, not in it. The only complaint would be that it took me a minute to get the little blue caps off each end of the hose. So I had no idea that they screw off and here I was with a screwdriver trying to pry them off. Only because that wasn't working, out of frustration I started turning one and realized that that was how you get those off. I don't know if that was due to me knowing nothing about pluming or if I'm just a dummy. But anyway, it's all hooked up and ready to roll. I've used it every day on my reusable diapers. But honestly, even after the little one is out of diapers, I can't see myself without having one of these. It's so handy. I even clean the toilet with it too. Oh, and that wet bag was a nice touch too. Good looking out and thanks for throwing that in.***UPDATE***After having this for almost a year and a half, the hose is now leaking :(. I have to put two towels down now to soak up all the water if I want to use it. It was great while it lasted, but I feel that it should have lasted much longer than this. Now on the look out to replace the whole thing or replacing the hose.

Good Sprayer, Terrible Diaper Bag
This sprayer works well. It's not amazing, but it gets the job done. The water pressure is great! I have no trouble removing poo with the water power. It does leak a little water after use, which is kind of annoying. It drips a bit, and so I have to sort of shake it out after use. That does help with the leaking. Also, the diaper bag that came with it--if that's the reason you're buying this sprayer over another, don't bother. It fell apart after ONE use. Not even before I washed it, but WHILE using it. The sewing job is absolutely terrible. It was easy to install and came with clear directions. I use it with the Spray Pal for ease of cleaning cloth.

1st time parent. Great product!
I am a new parent and wanted to buy a diaper cloth sprayer that would last for more than one child. I have purchased a few other sprayers to evaluate along with this one. After testing them all out I ultimately liked this one better.Installations: It was easy to install, especially with the installation video on their website. Took me about 10 mins. Just make sure you do not cross thread while you’re screwing it on and that the rubber washers are flat and in place.Use: I love that it has more than one spray option, gives me more options to spray down the more challenging mess on diapers. The hose was also long enough for me to rinse other appliances. The feel of the sprayer is easy and comfortable. The pressure control at the T valve is also great to control the splash back mess.Overall, my wife and I like this sprayer. We have been using this sprayer for a few weeks now with no problem. One thing to keep in mind, you should turn off the water to the sprayer after using it. (The water will still go into the toilet tank and you can still use the toilet.) I also think the wet bag was a good addition. I hope this helps!
