After using it several times now, I can say I would have easily paid $100 for a tool this useful. It makes all the difference in the world. It gives an $8 steak the texture and taste of something you’d pay $60 for at a fancy restaurant. It just falls apart in your mouth 🤤 so you can buy cheaper cuts of meat but still have great quality meals. The savings = pays for itself. It almost feels like using a stapler. You just punch it down into the meat. I do it liberally on both sides of the cut. You can season before or after the hole-punching. I’ve tried both, and either way it turns out super tender and flavorful, even if you only have 20 minutes to marinate before cooking (like after work when you forgot to prepare the meat ahead of time.) Easy to hand wash if you have a cleaning brush, but we’ve put it in the dishwasher before too. I’m very very happy with my purchase and will be buying as stocking stuffers for other meat-lovers in my family! It’s a tool we use weekly at my house.
