KiGO NEW Dutch design Lightest/ Smallest, Waterproof wearable GPS tracking watch for kids with integrated cellular 2G/3G and WiFi

I really had high hopes for this watch. It seemed like a great buy that was an upgrade from just a gps tracker, but unfortunately the two things that really needed to work on this watch stopped working within days out of the box. After fully charging the battery per instructions, my child started wearing it and within a few days it began turning itself off and giving a low battery error. Even after I plugged it in for most of the day the same error message appeared. When it did work, we tested the GPS and it was sluggish and way off track. It's a slick design that's so kid friendly...I hope they get the bugs fixed and add a few options like placing a call or word texting on the updated version. Also, BUYER BEWARE: if you order this and get a defective one like I did, you will have to PAY FOR YOUR OWN RETURN SHIPPING and place a warning label about a lithium battery on the box which will immediately either bump the shipping cost way up to go UPS or take forever and leave you with no way to track it via USPS. Still waiting for my refund...;(

very good product so far, the only problem is that battery holds like 12h-16h. Setup was very easy.

Bought this direct from KiGo with great hopes after having tried several other products (Hero, Kidsport, Trax Plus). It was shipped to CA from Netherlands. Watch was never able to connect to any network and finish initial setup. Company after very long delay (like gave up any hope delay), finally responded and said they would try to reset remotely. After a very very very long delay they sent a DHL return instructions. DHL picked it up and week later called from Europe and told me they urgently needed an invoice (from me) in order to deliver the return to the company. As I know how to dummy up one for customs, I would have done it, but since I was traveling, the thing was shipped back to me by DHL before I could make one up. Very disappointing experience. I have a good looking but useless piece of junk. As for for the HereO..... it never would synch with the IOS app so completely useless., as for Kids Sport GPS; its ugly with no watch just a blank surface, it did work sporadically, but within a week the watch band connector cracked making it useless, also given its ugliness and lack of watch face my child didn't want to wear it anyway. The Trax Plus I can say is a great product, its very small, with a great IOS app, and works very effectively, accurately, and consistantly. Its downfall is it is not a wearable watch so you have to clip in somewhere or hide it in a kids backpack, belt loop or pocket.

Very nice watch, I bought it for my 8 year old son for his birthday. He loves it. He keeps sending us messages, he feels really cool he can now do that just like mom and dad. Locating the watch is very easy and I was quite surprised about the accuracy of the location, very precise. It’s not too big either, feels solid, so it’s nice for him to wear. All in all, we are happy we’ve bought it, great product!

Looks good but no GPS coverage always says undetectable even when child is sitting next to parent battery life is very poor running out of life before school even ends.Waste of time and money. Even the replacement watch did exactly what the first one did wrong 😡.
