Nice ice packs with one exception.
Thr ice packs would have been perfect except for one thing. Highly disappointed that 2 ice packs were sent with only 1 cover.I recently had surgery and needed 1 cover for each. Needed to use both at a time due to the location of my surgery.You should provide 2 covers for 2 packs. One for each one. Would have been perfect otherwise.

Good Quality but Smaller Than Expected
Very sturdy nylon outer, but lost 1 star for being smaller than expected based on stated package dimension. Actual dimensions 2 1/2" by 5 1/2", including a small outside border & rather slim.

A Small Icepack Works In Big Ways
. To start, the package arrived on time, the ice packs were taped securely in bubble wrap inside the shipping carton, with no damage to the product nor the package it was shipped in. I was very impressed with the quality of them & I liked the flannel sleeve they came with to help protect my skin. Ive had several surgeries on my neck throughout the years, chronic neck pain is a daily issue. I like the small "playable" size of the packs, they mold easily around my neck. I love hot/cold therapy & it's a bonus these lil packs are versatile & adapt to both temperatures. I've used them both hot & cold & so far they are holding up nicely to the varied temperature change. I'm glad I decided to purchase them.

These are the perfect size for small boo-boos
These are the perfect size for small boo-boos. I've used these for little bumps on the head for my 3yo. There is 2 packs and one cover that goes over them to keep the pack from being too cold on the skin.

For many other purposes, these gel packs could be 5-star, but I cannot go there for how I use them.
These gel packs are good, but for what I bought them for, "I do not like them".I bought these to use at the golf course in a cooler attached to my ClicGear push cart. Not for cold drinks (I take an insulated water bottle for that) but for a banana, some trail mix and a granola bar etc etc.I have taken these gel packs out to the golf course now four (4) times and they just do not last through a round of golf. My group can get around a course in 3 hours but generally the time will be 3 1/2 - 4 hours waiting on people in front of us.I'll keep using these gel packs because they fit into the cooler but I know not to expect them to hold the cooler chilled.

Timely arrival after a day of snow boarding.
These are the perfect small hot/cold packs for a number of purposes. Sore muscles after skiing, soothed by the cold pack. Ice cream and meats kept cool in our trolley as we walk home from the store. They are the perfect size for multi purposes.There are two hot/cold packs in the package. One with a flannel sleeve, one without.Packaging arrived clean, intact, and on time. If I find I need more, I will buy again from this company.
