Great Rhodiola Rosea Root Supplement
I was looking for a quality Rhodiola Rosea Root and this one has 500 mg 3% Rosavins 1% Salridosides, 60 capsules. I think the price was very good for the quality and quantity offered. They are easy to take and I noticed I had more energy within just a few days of starting it. They say that "Rhodiola rosea is slightly stimulatory, although not classically stimulatory like Caffeine." I can say that is true. I don't drink or take caffeine at all and this product does not give you any gitters, only an extra natural boost of energy. No more sleepy times in the afternoon! I also like that Trevida's Rhodiola Rosea is a natural herbal supplement ethically sourced, is certified Non-GMO, and Gluten Free. I will buy this product again when I need a refill.

Amazing Supplement - great company!
This supplement has made a world of difference for me! Combined with cutting out all processed foods and sugar, strict clean eating, and a few other supplements, this has taken me from dragging myself out of bed every morning to waking up without my alarm and getting out of bed ready to face the day. Love love love it! I'll be getting this again, along with the rest of my supplements from Trevida.

this product really helps with brain clarity. My husband has ADD and is off dr meds, so I have been giving him these and other natural supplements. He rather have these then St Johns Wort.. which does help but not as strong as Rhodiola.

this supplement, combined with ksm-66 ashwagandha, has made me feel so much better. this is a standardized dose, not just ground up plant powder. it's good.

I suppose it is doing something but I don't notice it, even when taken daily or once in awhile large quantities.
