I always buy the one for $27, I only purchased the $40 a few times when the cheaper one wasn’t available. **Q: is this pasteurized ?** A: No-just fractionally distilled so no need for refrigeration **Q: How is the aloe taste removed from this? Tastes like water. How do I know it’s not?** A: I don't know of a test that you can do....but aloe is always mostly water since it is the juice from a plant.
