I read this book primarily while commuting to and from work in Bogota, Colombia. Because the chapters are short, I was able to read one or two during the generally brief time seats became available on the Transmilenio.

The Wisdom is withih our own lives to create a life of happiness. How many times do we continue to look outside ourselves thinking that something or someone has the answer. Peace begin in our hearts. This is a great book

Broken up into easy to read sections , just what I was looking for .Easy to understand and apply to my daily life.It is DEFINATELY written with the practicing Buddhist in mind , but has enough guidance and wisdom for everyone even if you don't particularly identify as a Buddhist .

SGI President Daisaku Ikeda writes in simple down to earth language the best encouragement a person can have to survive and trive in this life

As a buddhist with SGI, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It gave me a deeper understanding of the practice am part of and answered questions I didn't even know I had.
