No draw string, high quality elastic waistband is very well made, I forget there is an elastic. They don't leave any marks at all

Q: Are they Chinese made?

I don’t think so but if they are they’re very well made w quality fabric and so soft. Thicker but really nice deep pockets and waistband and not too tight on the ankle elastic. I have three colors now and they’re my favorites!

Q: Im about 5'0 and about 90 lbs, which size would fit best if I want it baggy but I dont want the area around the waist to be baggy?

I’m 5’4” and 125 and got a small. Not baggy. Really nice elastic quality waistband. XS I guess as that’s the smallest they have I think.

Q: Are these sweatpants meant for cold weather wear?

Honestly depends, they’re pretty breathable/thin but not like see through or cheap material thin. Rain or snow would be their demise but perfect for windy weather
