Best of this kind, but maybe small ...
After ordering a number of chin straps, this is the best one that worked for me, because maybe I'm Japanese. I'm very sure that this product is much smaller to many customers. It should mention the size is small. The material is sturdy so it holds chin tightly. Most of product uses soft material so it allows chin to drop and open during night. Now I can sleep without worrying about large leak on CPAP. It will almost squish my face. I'll try a cervical collar to see if it works better...

Good design but very small...
Very small.Less than 55cm(22 inch) in length wherestrap goes around your face, barely able to strap my smaller than typical male adult face without major discomfort. It fits snugly and should but some may find it too restricting. Because of its smallness the Velcro strap area is exposed and contacts skin so some may find it irritating.Designed well and reduced my snore but did not eliminate it, according to my wife who recorded the snore last night and played back to me.It does close your mouth but he snoring sound through the nose was not gone. Seller should note the actual size measurement to avoid returns.
