This insert can be used in a hard hat, or other hats to cool your head. To use, soak in cool water for 10 seconds, ring our excess water, attach to your hat and place directly on your head. Comes in a resealable plastic pouch. Cooling last up to 4 hours. When coo effect fades, re-wet and reuse.
