Perfect!
The product is nicer than in the picture, and better than I expected. Great quality and fast delivery. This kettle teapot set is perfect for me, as I’m a lazy person who doesn’t mind drinking cold tea. I can now make two or three cups of tea in one go. Actually the hot water in the kettle can make the tea in teapot last longer. What a smart design.

Always in use
It is permanently on my cooker, I use it for Turkish style tea but also for green tea and red bush tea as there is always a plentiful supply of properly hot tea as you just keep topping up with the hot water. Don't know why I've never had one before. It looks lovely too, no need to hide it away. Highly recommended.

Awful customer service
The product itself is good however, it was delivered late. Their customer service team didn’t even bother informing me of the delay. They waited until I got in touch. Very very very disappointing experience buying from Karaca.
