Great lock!
This is thicker than the other 2 cable bike locks that I own and it's very convenient that I don't need to carry a key.I was concerned about someone else being able to change the lock combination by resetting everything to zero until I tried it. If anyone else is concerned about that, and the fact that the instructions for changing the combination are listed on this page for anyone to read, this should put your mind at ease. The all zero setting to change the combination is a factory setting and it only works once. As soon as you set your combination, it has to be moved back to YOUR combination in order to change it to a new one. You cannot even pull out the reset button unless it's set to the last combination you chose. That feature is just as important to me as the thickness of the cable.I would definitely recommend this lock to anyone looking to purchase a new one.

Good quality bike lock
Good quality bike lock. It is heavy, so I am hopeful it is not easy to cut. Combination is easy to set and use and can easily be re-set. I now carry it with me always on my bike and use it every time after losing two good bikes to thieves.

DON'T BUY!!!
I redact my good review. Someone stole my daughters bike yesterday cut right through it.Bought this for my daughter at college and someone tried to steel it today with lock cutters. It didn't even cut through the outer plastic layer.

Great Lock! Pretty light for it's size but also seems to be very strong. I like the lenght too (3' long) since you can wrap it around few times if needed. Waterproof too! Happy with my product.

Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever! I bought two locks and had a snafu with one. I emailed them and they simply asked for my address and sent another lock - within just a few days! WOW! And - I love the lock. I can't imagine anyone being about to cut through it or break it. Really nice product - and extraordinary customer service.
