This works for my husband and I. But, at first, I tried to stand on it directly, and I could not stand the pain on the soles of my feet. Until,y daughter in the medical field told me to first sit down. I sat on the sofa, then I placed one foot at a time, on the foot mat, and my daughter showed me how to work each part my foot. Them the 2nd foot. After that, I could work on each foot. My husband now does it like I do and it has worked for us. My husband can stand on it, but I work on my feet while sitting down.

Loved this acupressure mat. I've tried others and to be frank, they were weak! This one truly leaves my feet feeling worked!The moment I stepped on it, tingles shot through my whole body and left me feeling great. It also slides right under my coffee table so I can bust it out when I'm watching my shows.
