Adorable
I'm so happy this ornament arrived before the delivery date!! I think its absolutely adorable. I would've given 5 stars if they had placed the grandma and grandpa on the specific reindeer I chose. (I wanted the grandma on the reindeer that has the lashes lol) It's such a minor error that I honestly can't be upset.

Switched the Names
They switched the order of the names I gave them, so now my boyfriend’s name has eyelashes lol. It was no big deal, but I specifically wrote them in the order I wanted and they switched them. I wouldn’t count on common sense when they print these, I would think they would know that “Zac” is a male but oh well.

The ornament is pretty nice but really too expensive. I wish they would have had an option to add the year to it.

Absolutely adorable smaller than I expected which is fine I should have done my homework and read the measurements, definitely not the sellers fault however it did come broken but I contacted the seller and they rectified the situation.
