I recommend this product. Its very light and compact! It truly doesnt take a lot of space and so its easy to carry into the living room or bedroom and once you have completed your workout you can easily prop it up. The instructions provided for the assembly was simple and well written. There are several different muscle groups you can target and several exercises you can achieve with this one product so its versatile use is definitely a plus!

Not good for Decline benching, very uncomfortable. There are other benches which are much more stable.

Excellent product...I enjoy working out more now.
