I almost always walk my dog at night (due to late work hours) around urban streets/parks, and had previously tried a glowing tag for his collar - but the sound against his ID tag was annoying, so I'd take it on and off, then forget to re-attach for our walks. An LED collar seemed like a better idea, and the soft blue color of this one caught my attention! I just received the collar yesterday, and so far have no real complaints.Pros: Lightweight, and not as bulky as others I'd seen; USB rechargeable (since I can never find batteries when needed); collar itself is of good/durable quality and attractive; glows brightly without hurting my eyes; has three settings, although I probably won't use the flashing ones.Cons: Personal issue, but my dog associates all LED-type lights with laser pointers (reason I don't use those around him anymore!), and keeps staring at the ground when I turn it on... hopefully he'll get over that, lol.Notes: I'm a little concerned about how long the charge will last, since we walk around an hour nightly. I'll update on that once I've had it a while! Also, I think it runs a tad small - as my dog is barely 50lbs, and had to let out ~1/3 slack on the large; so a 60+ lb dog would need the XL.*Pics attached from both inside and outside - latter is on a rainy night around midnight, and it was still bright enough to light up a nearby car.

This dog collar is exceptional in every way. I just wish they had it in a darker color because it will need to be washed often. You get 4-5 hours of 3 different types of light (solid, fast blinking, or slow blinking) that you turn on and off by squeezing the black inset on the side of the collar (see picture above). The USB cord that comes with the collar plugs right into the collar for recharging. I couldn't be happier. I have bought every type of blinking light for the dog's collar in the past and they do not last at all, are cheap and break usually within the first week or the batteries need replaced and you can't find the right ones to replace. You will not be disappointed in this amazing product for your furry friends.

I purchased 3 of these led dog collars for our two large dogs and our puppy on Sunday and received them on Tuesday! The packaging was very nice and easy to open, no need for finding a pair of scissors somewhere in the house. The material of the collars was very durable (not cheap material) and very easy to adjust to fit each dog. We couldn’t wait to see the dogs running around the yard last night with the collars on, it was worth the wait. The summer is coming to an end (hopefully) here in Arizona and the days will be getting so short that at 5:30pm driving home from work, it will be dark and have to walk the dogs. Now we will have these collars on and our dogs and us will be safer when walking the neighborhood.

I always go walk my dog after work when it's dark out in my neighborhood, which is lacking in both sidewalks, and streetlights. After a few too many close calls with cars, I know I needed something to make myself and my mostly black German Shepherd much more visible. This collar is great!!! The lights are not blocked at all by all of her mass amounts of neck hair, and I love the different light settings! I usually choose the fast blinking on her collar and it, paired with the matching light up leash, and my reflective vest makes me feel much safer on the nighttime walks. Cars definitely give us a lot more space. I highly recommend the collar and matching leash! :)

We tried a few different brands of similar collars before getting these (one for each dog, in different sizes--both work equally well). All the prior ones were disappointing and did not last long. These are great! They are bright and reliable and so easy to recharge! When you notice them getting dim, they charge like a cell phone and the lights indicate when they are fully charged. They stay on (other brands randomly turn off while the dogs are using them) and are bright enough to see the dogs at a distance in the dark. We've used them in rainy and snowy weather (have not used them swimming). I waited a few months to review these to make sure they last--they really do!

Will be buying one for my other dog now--too bad there is no hot pink though for my female. The light is very bright at night and helps me see them when they are wandering around in the backyard or walking down the street. I like the ability to keep the lights steady or blinking, depending on how much visibility I need. The collar seemed to last a long time before it needed charging, which is wonderful.Pink was back in stock when I ordered. Loving them both still.

We walk our doberman every night and in the winter time it is usually dark. She runs loose in a park area and we need to make sure we can see where she is at. I was a little concerned about what collar to get because we need to see it from a distance and we do not always have a frontal view of her. This is really bright and works well. We have just got it so I don't know how long the charge will last but we are tired of buying batteries for our other collar and it wasn't near as bright. Hope this helps. I would buy again.

This collar has been a great addition to our pre-dawn and post-sunset walks with our chocolate lab who blends into the dark. While we always have her on a leash while walking, the bright lights are an excellent safety feature for both of us to make us visible to approaching cars. It also makes it very easy to see where she is for her potty breaks in the yard when it is dark. We put it on before we leave the house, but it is nice enough to be worn as a regular collar, too. I love the fact that it is rechargeable v. having to frequently replace batteries. I charge it about once a week.
