its good ok.. but i don't find it worth buying this..

I would say these are great for kids with a small appetite because the containers are centered around 1/2, 1, and 2 cup portions. The quality is great though and the ice packs are not easy to take out, so ease of mind for giving these to small children.

Great set, good sizes for kids lunch. Generously sized sandwich box (bread is so big these days and the dollar store sandwich holders require me to cut down the sides). I don't put ice packs INSIDE the sandwich box or in anything that should stay dry. Ice pack does sweat moisture on your food. But its great in fruit, yogurt, hummus, saucy leftovers, stuff like that. For sandwiches just use the ice pack OUTSIDE of the container, loose in the lunch bag.

We got this set just before my daughter started Kindergarten. Although I was originally looking for an "all in one" type of lunch container (like a BENTO BOX), Overall, I'm very happy with this set.With the school year winding down in two weeks, I would say that the containers themselves are holding up. They are made well and the "cooler inserts" that go into the lids (after they are frozen) don't seem like they will break or stop fitting anytime soon. They are BPA Free and are dishwasher safe (top shelf)--which is a big help, considering we use them every day. **You have to hand wash the ice packs though.A benefit of having the separate containers, is not being "tied into" having only certain sized sections to try to fit her lunch into. We can vary her lunch significantly and choose the correct size container appropriately, knowing that they all will easily fit into her lunchbox. A detriment has been the fact that we have lost about half the lids and/or ice packs simply because our daughter has forgotten to put them back together properly before putting them back in her lunch box and ends up accidentally leaving them out. I'm assuming that it would be the same with whatever container we tried to use, so it's not really an issue of the product itself.In a nutshell, the Kids Value Lunch Containers are very versatile and work well. I only wish they included more ice packs for all of the containers included in the set. You only get one oval and one rectangular ice pack (even thought there are two of each in the whole set). If they had done that, this would get 5 stars, but having to really make sure I remembered to freeze the two that were provided is kind of a pain--if there were 4, it would be much more convenient.Overall, a great product.

I used to buy these often but it seems they're harder to find now. This set is absolutely great quality, and the perfect size for kids lunches. I'm still using my first set which is now about 5 years old and I've had no problems whatsoever wth them which is why I wanted to buy another set. I definitely recommend them.

I bought these for my 6 year old daughter for her school lunches. Having been a kitchen manager, I am concerned about food safety and liked the idea of being able to freeze the packs and put them in the container. It has really worked well so far with cheese, cut fruit and more. I love that the ice packs snap up inside the lid, and they don't cause a lot of moisture. The variety of sizes in the set is great- all I needed to add was a drink bottle and a sandwich container and now we are set for the year.The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is that the lids are a little tight on some of the containers, and just a tish difficult for little hands to take off by themselves. If your child is my daughter's age or younger, you may want to "test drive" the containers before you send them off to school, or try to break them in a little bit. However! This is actually a plus, as I now know I can trust that these are leakproof. There's nothing worse than lids popping off inside your lunch bag and making a mess and I am confident that these containers will never have that problem!
