Thankfully, the only symptom I seem to have had from the menopause is hot flushes. They were short in duration, but frequent in their appearance and somewhat unpleasant to say the least!I took sage for a time, which seemed to eliminate them but recently they came back with a vengeance. Whilst my husband was happy to warm his winter-cold hands and feet on the various parts of my steaming anatomy, I wasn't so happy at enduring the sweaty bouts. Hubby did a bit of Dr Google research and found these tablets. Being a natural product, I was happy to get my clammy (literally) paws on them and give them a whirl. Well, what a game changer! Just under two weeks after starting my nightly dose, the flushes became less frequent in their visitations and reduced in intensity of furnace output (not so good for hubby's chilly extremities but hey, summer is coming). Two weeks in exactly and the flushes are no more. Ha, good riddance, I say!I'd highly recommend giving this product a go. It might not work for everyone but for me it's been the superhero of the natural remedy world. ☺️

PerimenopauseIm 42 and started taking these around a year ago after attending a talk on menopause by my local dr surgery. I was having night sweats and problems sleeping, ridiculously heavy periods etc. Thought id give these a try as had nothing to loose (dr said you need 3months before you can assess if working). So a year later and im still taking them, for me personally my bleeding has eased CONSIDERABLY, sweats have eased ALOT but not gone although, hey it’s not a miracle cure, i’ve noticed im not awake at all hours of the night like i used to be (but does happen sometimes) certainly hasnt helped with the brain fog and memory and frankly i can’t remember things at all - its scary actually but these were not intended to help that. All I can say is I think they are working for me - give them a try. Red colour, not too big, I take one double strength capsule per day alongside a multi vit and extra vitamin d. Amazon has had best price I can find
