I heard from an expert that you sleep on it for long enough and your muscles will not be sore after a while. It is firm, but still way better than sleeping on the solid floor! I just put it in my car for when I want to take naps on the road 🥰 **Q: Does this item really take a month or 2 to ship?** A: Ordered 1/4/20 Prime and "fulfilled by Amazon Services" but hasn't shipped as of 1/13/20. According to Amazon site it is in stock and we could have it Wednesday, 1/5/20 if we ordered now or nine days ago. We will see. **Q: will it slide around if I'm working out?** A: Mine does not slide around, but I am mostly doing exercises while lying on it. I have a wood-look vinyl floor. So I do not think it would slide but you could put something under it like the non-skid stuff for carpets. The mat is just wide enough to lie down comfortably like a yoga mat. **Q: Will a dogs nail puncture this?** A: I have had mine several months now and not once have my dogs nails ripped or made a hole, and they definitely need clipped😆 it has been extremely easy to clean as well. 5⭐s for sure! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tapis épais de 5 cm comme chez mon kiné *by C***F on 4 June 2025* 5 cm d'épaisseur, fermeté impeccable et largeur 60 cm, c'est parfait, pas de velcro (le description le mentionnait), se plie facilement et parait bien solide, je l'utilise tous les deux jours depuis 1 mois sans voir de déformation ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dimensions of mat are inaccurate *by G***N on 20 May 2020* Ordered this from Amazon on 8 May 2020 and finally received it on 20 May 2020 with priority overseas shipping.
