A: Handles are separate.  At least they were when I last ordered them, which was about 2 years ago.

**Q: What’s the resistance level of heavy cable?**
A: the black extra-heavy tubing is rated about 80-100 lbs. of tension.  I believe the grey heavy tubing is rated closer to 60-80 lbs. of tension.

Cuando se usa con los implementos que convierten a esta liga en una liga doble, su rigidez deja de ser muy ligera y permite desarrollar ejercicios específicos con progresiones muy buenas, que no se podrían hacer con ligas más rígidas. Digo esto para personas que apenas inician el levantamiento de peso o en ejercicios para desarrollar fuerza.
