We Loved the Barbecue Bull rib rack!!
i bought some applewood ribs and cooked the slab in one slot,(the width of my cake pan) so; it has the capability of holding much more meat than what is shown. i think it could hold 3 large racks of ribs cut into halves. i used the recipe included in the email- and it was Great!! Perfect temperature for the ribs. i put the rack in a metal cake pan and added about one and a half inches of water, put the ribs in one slot covered with foil and baked in the oven. They were very tender and moist and a delicious part of our meal. i liked them standing-up, for healthier/cleaner cooking:) i think we could also cook bratwursts in the rack slots as well as chicken breasts or pork chops. Bravo!!!! Plus, the shipping was Awesome it came very fast!

Rack openings are not big enough to fit baby back or st.louis style ribs. Tried to use it one time and the ribs did not fit in the slots.

Very quick shipping and delivery. I haven't gotten to use it yet since it is a Christmas present, but I have a family member that has the same thing and loves it. Not sure if they advertise it or not, but if you can turn it upside down to hold a pork-loin, roast, etc. This would be usable in the grill, smoker and also probably the oven. I will try to update after use.

Excellent rib rack!
Excellent product. Bought this rib rack recently for a barbecue. We used it for smoking some baby back and they turned out great! I was concerned if they would fit enough and we had no problem fitting seven big slabs on. The rack is sturdy and does a good job securing the meat in place. The handles make retreiving the ribs out of the smoker safe and easy to grip. Ribs turned out fantastic and the stainless steel was easy to clean. Definitely reccomend this product if you do a lot of smoking, grilling, or roasting!

This is better as a basket
Slots are too small to fit ribs in between. This is better as a basket. Use it for holding together a small pork shoulder like a boston.

Good quality. Racks are maybe slightly too close tho
I’m actually using it for sous vide. So it has to be stainless or it rusts. Works well. But if you have a smaller tub, you gotta cut the round ends off.

Too small to be useable
This rack is very small. The space between each rack is too small to truly hold any type of rib.
