This defective item was returned via UPS store 3/28/23 and your system shows it was received back 3/30/23 but my payment account has not been reimbursed yet. Please advise when this will occur.

Not worth the price
I paid 30 dollars for this plane, but is definitely not worth the price. I sent it to my nephew for his 7th birthday and was very disappointed when I saw him placed the plane in his ear to hear the sounds. The batteries were almost dead and you could barely hear it. Too weak to even show the lights. That was the reason of getting this plane because he loves sounds and lights. If the batteries are included at least make sure they are still good. Very disappointed!
