good for the price!
Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my grand daughter. It arrived on time and I played with it just to see how it was working! The screen is small but I think that it is just right for a 4 year old. I thought that English would appear first, but it appears in Spanish first and you have to change the language each time you turn it on, but no problem. not many instructions, but seems like fun and learning for the little ones.

Excellent Educational Toy
I have ordered two computers for my two kids - ages 4.5 and 2.5 and cannot be happier. I try to teach them Spanish and these computers are perfect entertaining tool to do so. Two language modes help me understand Spanish version, as I am not a Spanish speaker and I am learning along with my kids. So I ask them to keep the computers in Spanish mode and I have noticed even my 2.5 year old starting to repeat not only words but also phrases after just a week of use. And for such a price the computer has a lot to offer - lots of language, math, logic, music and game activities, My kids would play with these computers for hours if I let them. Great educational toy that really benefits them and makes them learn in an easy playful way.

Just what I needed
I wanted a bilingual one for children of a friend in Chile for Christmas. The children speak Spanish as a 1st language (and a little English) and we speak English (and a little spanish) so this will hopefully be a fun tool to become more bilingual. This seems to work great with the small testing we did. Time will tell :)

Worked for 3 days.
We save this gift to give it to our daughter for her birthday in January and unfortunatly it only worked for 3 days, she hardly used it and suddenly it stopped working, when we turned on the screen becomes red and simply it does not work anymore. I really do not recommend this product.

For the Spanish grandkids
The Spanish speaking grandkids can practice their English with this learning toy. Or vice versa - I was told they like it.

Screen is TINY, you need a magnifying glass to read it.
I thought this laptop would be great for little kids who love to play with the real thing but are not allowed yet. But the screen of this laptop is TINY, it is about the size of a credit card, so I returned it .

not exactly what i thought it was. the screen is sooo small. i bought this for a student and she can not even see the screen. =(
