Cords don't last
Works fine but the cords to both the handset and camera broke within 6 months of owning. Very inconvenient when needing a monitor for your baby....... Now within 10 months the handset is not working, the part where you plug in the cord came loose and went inside the handset. A monitor should not break this easily.

Being returned!
The monitor made a clicking sound all night! Loud enough to wake me up numerous times. Also the cords are so short! Not nearly long enough to reach our crib after being plugged in. Save your money or spend a little more and get something better!

Highly recommend this product
This is the perfect gift for a new baby coming. The sound is great quality. I love that you can hear the baby and also can talk back to soothe him/her til you get into the room. Also it has 8 built in lullabies to also help soothe the baby.I highly recommend this product.
