I detest this product for its design from many perspectives. It must have been designed by someone just trying to come up with a gadget to sell, and didn't do any real person usability testing; the way you use it doesn't make sense (now that I have had it in my hand and have tried to use) from a design perspective. You really need three hands and arms to use it, therefore, using it for the purpose it is sold is difficult, illogical and cumbersome. To get balance (so your pants hang like they should) when it is hanging on the closet rod, you have to slide the pants all the way in toward the 'bend' or closed end loop. That is difficult to do while holding the hanger with one hand and trying to slide the pants on with the other (the only thing this device does well is grab hold of the fabric). You really need two hands to put the pants on the hanger, and a 'third hand' to hold the hanger steady while you are trying to put the pants in place (again, because the rubber coating grips the fabric too well). From my perspective, the 'hook' part that goes over the closet rod opens 180 degrees in the wrong direction, because unless you hook your hanger 'backwards' you have to grab the hanging pants and the open end of the hanger to place it on the rod (or take off). If you think it would at least be easy to remove a pair of hanging pants after going through the hassle....well, NO! Again, because the rubber coating grabs the fabric so well, you either end up with the hanger on the floor (and usually taking several nearby hanging items with it), or your pants crumpled in one hand from having to struggle to remove the pants, or both. Think about what I have said while looking at the picture. I cannot imagine many people being happy trying to use this concoction, so I say save yourself the grief and buy one of the tried-and-true designs. Sometimes you cannot build a better mousetrap. The only way I can see this design working is if it was rigidly affixed to the rod, and the rubber was less 'grabbing' so with two arms and hands you could place or remove your pants. Otherwise, if the hook was turned 180, better balanced (so you do not have to push the pants all the way to the inside, just in the middle of the span like other hangers), and the gripping rubber less so, this open-on-one-side design might work. I don't usually take time to review and rate products, good or bad, but I needed to vent the massive frustration I accumulated trying to get the 'hang' of this hanger...

I have bought these hangers twice so far. The first set looked just like the pictures show (the outer hanger in the attached image). I was happy with those and therefore ordered some more. The second set is completely different as you can see in the attached image (inner hanger) - it's flimsier, does not fit the closet rod and smaller in dimensions overall. No consistency in what they're selling. I would recommend staying away from this seller.

I spent an inordinate amount of time reading reviews on all similar pants hangers on Amazon. These were the best and weighed more than most. They work as they’re supposed to and the listing said they’re one piece under the plastic. My only hesitation is that my old ones had a shorter neck so the pants hang further from the floor and are heavier weight, but I couldn’t find ones like those anywhere. These seem fine.

I researched just about every non-slip hanger on both Amazon and Ebay, and this one was the only one that was long enough to properly hold an adult man's pants. So I went with this one. The others were at least one inch shorter which would leave about an inch of the pants hanging off of the edge. The coating on these is nice and "grippy" too, and will not let the pants slide. Also, they are plenty sturdy -- at least for lightweight dress slacks, but I do not know how they would hold up to heavy denim, however I think they would just fine. Great product!

These seem to be well made and sturdy hangers. I think I paid $15-20, pretty good price I thought.

I like these! I spend a lot of time looking and choose these because it's easy to remove the pants from the hanger. They take up the same amount of space in your closet as if the pants were folded on a regular hanger, but they slide off when I need them to. Great purchase!

No cheap plastic here! Very sturdy. Non-slip coating is very effective. I recommend these hangers for pants and other items you don't mind folding over once to hang.
