This is a good source of protein, and seems low in sodium. I would recommend it. It really does curb hunger, too.

Was hoping for a more soup like flavour.

My mom turned me onto the years when I had my wisdom teeth polled, and I’ve been a fan ever cents. This is just a super easy simple chicken broth. I have a water dispenser and I use the hot fill it up to about an 8 ounce cup, and you can eat it immediately for a low calorie high protein chicken broth. Great taste super simple very easy.

Tastes ok.. but SUPER salty. I purchased for use as my 'clear' liquid before a surgery. It'll work and I did buy several different brands. This one was definitely the top of the flavor pile. Just wish it had about 1/2 the salt. In packets, just had hot water in a mug. I probably will go with 10 oz instead of the 8 oz recommended. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. This really got me through some of the stages after my gastric sleeve. I still have some now and again for a tasty protein that feels like you’re actually eating something hearty

Product is marked as gluten free, but there is no GF mark in the package. Looking at the Nutriwise site, it says "Manufactured on equipment that processes wheat (gluten), eggs, peanuts and tree nuts."
