I had it for about 7 years and the inner tank with water cracked on the cap which couldn’t be replaced. I’m not sure if I dropped it in a move or tightened it too tight but separate parts cannot be purchased. Regardless; I happily purchased a replacement because this is the best facial steamer I have ever owned and it worked flawlessly for years upon years.
