Tastes like a normal drink you would buy just for the flavor. Very smooth, not chunky or grainy. I've tried transparent labs, old school labs, and gold standard as well as many others. This post workout is the most complete as far as suppliments, and the most flavorful. (Mandarin Orange) The only thing I would say is don't down it all at once, drink it over a period of 15-20 minutes as the Beta Aline in it will make you itchy if not drank slowly.
