plastic is too soft
I'm a professional electrician and purchase a 500 bag of tan wire nuts about once every 3 months or so. According to my purchase history, I've ordered these brands 5 times, and every time I've been disappointed, but keep forgetting as I never seem to buy this brand back to back.The issue with these is that the plastic is too soft. When tightening a wire nut, the internal spring should not thread its way out through the plastic no matter how hard you twist them (by hand at least). Instead, the wires should start twisting. I've had the internal spring break through the plastic countless times when using by hand, and on the rare times I pull out my nut driver, about 4 out of 5 will break through the plastic. I've never had an issue with any other brands or types of wire nuts, and I remember this being an issue every time I've used these wire nuts, which means it is not an isolated issue. They are a bit distinctive in that the wings are a bit longer than most other wire nuts.

The tan winged wire connectors work great, except that you cannot use a nut driver on the end of the connector to twist them, like you can with the Ideal tan winged wire connector. But for have the price, I can use these and keep a spare container of the Ideal connectors, when I have limited space and use a nut driver.

Quality product at a discount price
Amazing product. These wire nuts are nearly identical to the name brand aside from the fancy name being stamped on the side. I've been using them for a while now and I love them. I'm a full time electrician and these can't be beat. The price is less than half of what you will pay from a box store or supply house. Order some now before I get them all. Definitely a great deal.

Just OK
Not as good as the Ideal wire nuts, but they are cheaper. The Ideal's have a better grab and feel to them.
