Defective Recliner
Received chair June 29, 2016. It was not comfortable but functional so I did not ask to return it. By the time I had had it 2 months, it had started making snapping noises when sat in and leaned back, as if something in the frame was breaking. I weigh 190 lbs and am the only one using the chair - single, live alone - not heavy enough to break the chair if it were functionally stable. Then the back cushion broke down completely leaving a gap of about 5 inches between back and seat of chair, large enough to be able to see the springs and inside of the base of chair. On September 30, 2015, I sent pictures and complaint through Amazon to seller. Received answer October 4, from seller, that nothing could be done by them as the 30 days they state in description had passed. If I had complained within that 30 days it would have been up to me to package and pay shipping to return it. Just WOW. I urge all to use caution dealing with this seller.
