Didn’t realize how helpful this system is!!!! Comes with everything including a faucet! No longer replace coffee maker every 3-6 months despite cleaning. We mainly use the RO water for coffee maker, humidifier, etc. Very affordable and we’ve never run out of RO water for the seemingly small tank. We do draw up an extra pitcher of water after filling appliances to refill the coffee maker etc. We didn’t mount the tubes in order to pull the bar of tubes out to replace without crawling into the cabinet. Still going strong as of 5/2026 without any issues!

Great value for multiple sets of refills. Our RO membrane is about 4 yers old and still tests well over 90% rejection….so it didn’t really need changing, but did so for good measure. All other filters on the system we get about 1-2 years out of before they need changing. Your mileage may vary depending on the quality of your water. We are on city water that is also filtered and softened before going to the RO.

Great water purification system. You should get one of these and stop paying so much for bottled water. It's easy enough to install and easy to use. I can't say enough about this system. It's a keeper.

I ordered this RO system several years ago and it works fantastic. I routinely check the TDS of the tank and have never found it to be over10 ppm. Generally it is below 5 ppm. I ordered this kit which contains 3 years worth of filter changes as well as a new RO filter. I don't actually change the filters very often, maybe once/year and it still provides excellent water. It isn't the easiest thing to change all the filters out, but I have seen worse systems. I used to have a "professional" system which was in the house when I bought the house and it never worked right. This unit does and at a very low price.

Quick delivery with well packed package. Good value for money. Unfortunately have to take one star as with filters it was not included wrench and I had to purchase it separately what delayed filters replacement.

I’ve been using this system for a couple years bc our city water tastes terrible. I haven’t had to buy bottled water since! Just change the filters per the instructions and you’re set. The filters last a long time. Easy to change. Great water system, water tastes like bottled water!

This is a great bundle. This reverse osmosis system has been a money saver. We used to go through several packs of bottled water that would take up space. Now we use the filtered water for everything, cooking, coffee and tea.

For the price to have clean water it’s well worth it.

Amazon should work up some procedures to compensate for the cases like this. Negligence likely related problem but the choice given to customers is to accept the package with missing part or sent everything (XXkg box) back. This is very inconsiderate to the customers, seller and environment. Anyway, missing part of the order, in this case is the fault of the seller / manufacturer so this product is not as advertised.

Sometimes it's not about when everything is perfect, it's about what you do when it isn't. Package of filters was a good price, arrived in 36 hrs or so, quality looked good, easy to install, but... ...the newer quick-fit PAC filter was designed for all 1/4" pipes, and I have a mixture of 1/4" and 3/8". I called up Express Water and explained the problem, emailed a couple of pics, and for a day or 2 we discussed potential solutions. They even went as far as mocking it up in their lab and sending me a pic! Some 1/4" to 3/8" adapters and some spare 1/4" pipe arrived, free, in about 4 days, and everything is working fine. Thanks guys - great support, and I am one happy customer!
