Is this resistant to sun/UV light?

This coating is UV stable and able to stand alone without the need to be top coated when exposed to sunlight or the elements.

Can you spray on acid? Or do you need to neutralize acid first.

You need to neutralize acid to spray it.

How long do I wait between coats? Clean nozzle between?

According to your instructions, you apply one coat which will creep or spread to cover the interior of your frame. This is easy because of the radial spray tip. According to your instructions, turn the can upside down and spray until clear. For cleaning the tube, your instructions read as follows IMPORTANT: To prevent clogging, after each use, invert the can and spray a few short blasts to clear the valve. Spray PRE or solvent through extension nozzle to clean.

Will Eastwood internal frame coating void any manufacturers warranties?

I see no reason why it would. You’re not altering the frame but coating it for rust prevention that should have been done in the first place.
