Installation was ok. The screen moved a lot trying to install. It was a two-person job and I had a hard time making it flat. Luckily I'm only using them on a few windows that we open for our whole house fan. The holes in the screen play tricks on your eyes. They distort the view and can make you feel weird if you look too long. Do not put these on windows that you look out regularly. My son likes it because at night the gnats attracted to his light at night cannot get through.

As expected. A great first line of defense against pollen. Still also get hepa air filters.Honeywell unit superior. A good prefilter before your more expensive filters.

I hate to give a negative review for a noble attempt at trying to come up with a window screen product with a very tight weave. However this screen is quite black, much more so than a normal window screen that is typically available. Even worse, the tightness and uniqueness of the weave makes the view distorted and unsettling, such as putting on someones prescription eyeglasses when your vision is normal. If you don't believe me and buy this product anyway, you'll find out the hard way. I purchased this product to reduce dust in the house, and I will give them credit; the weave is very tight and I think this screen would at least mitigate the flow of dust.

Installed fine, the material is quite strong so slipping with the tool didn't do too much damage. Definitely affects view through screen, and airflow is reduced, but the mesh is quite dense so it should do the job.
