Tisano Organic Chocolate Tea - 8oz Pouch

I usually drink French vanilla black tea, but while on a trip discovered "chocolate" tea. (And I love chocolate!) I ordered two types of chocolate teas to try: Organic Tisano Cacao Tea made of just cacao bean shells and another one made of black tea with "natural flavors.". The Tisano version is by far my favorite! It has a very nice chocolate flavor. I will definitely re-order this Organic Tisano Cacao Tea. Now I drink my French vanilla tea followed by chocolate tea!

Ok, who thought chocolate tea would be fabulous AND have health benies? This tea is wonderful. It's like drinking a mug of hot chocolate without all the additives. I put in a dash of coconut milk and a bit of honey (raw - not the candy - HA!)but I also add just the tiniest dash of salt. I'm not sure why it improves the flavor for me, but it does. I also like a really robust cuppa tea so I use 1T instead of the 1t it calls for. Well-worth the cost if you are trying for a healthier drink but aren't a fan of the traditional "tea" taste.

This is a delicious tea, either with a bit of milk and sugar for a very light hot chocolate kind of taste, or without anything added, for something a little different. It does need to be brewed strong enough to really develop that flavor. I'm totally hooked -- this is great stuff!

Some chocolate teas don't actually taste very much like chocolate. This is an exception, probably because it actually IS chocolate rather than chocolate flavor sprayed on tea leaves. I enjoy it by itself or blended with strong black tea.

an indulgent treat that is an alternative to traditional chocolate teas. Amazon doesn't seem to sell this anymore, which is a shame...

Great non-fattening fix for that late night chocolate craving!

The Tisano Tea arrived promptly (w/in 3 business days) and all in tact. Will do business with them again and again!

I have tried many and this one is the best. I drink it daily instead of coffee. I like the plain chocolate tea the best. The vanilla rooibos is a nice change, but not the daily "go to" morning drink.
