Q: does this have any chemical-ly smell to it?

Ok so yes they do somewhat have smell. But not as bad as someone else had mentioned. The only time I smell it is when I put my nose directly on them. While my glasses are on my face , though, I have not noticed a smell.

Q: Do these have a dent on the middle of the pad or not? Some pictures show an indentation in the middle of the pad and some don’t.

There is a dent in the middle. FYI the adhesive does give out after a month or so. One pad is coming up a little on the bottom…might be from all the adjustment in with my mask however?

Q: How are these with sweating?

They work well with sweat. Mostly non slip in any condition.

Q: Would these work with child sized glasses?

I think so. My glasses are very small adult size. These nose pads just seem to disappear. You wont feel them. But they work!
