This sushi serving tray is handmade from a solid piece of American soapstone. 8" x 7" x 3/8" thick with all sand finish and recess area in top corner for condiment. Place in freezer or refrigerator before placing sushi on to keep chilled. Works well as a cheese plate too. Clean with soap and water and scrub pad.
