I wanted something that looks real, easy to do and that actually works. I would definitely say they are not renter friendly once they’re on. It’s a plus they’re so sticky but if you have an oops they’re on there. They are very hard to come off. I am glad I got two boxes because I went through a few for trial and error. They are very easy to cut with an X-Acto knife - a little hard harder to cut when you’re trying to cut a small piece out for like an electrical outlet or what not. I used a ruler to measure cutting in half to do the subway tile pattern and use a straight edge to make sure that my cuts are straight, sometimes hard to still get a straight line, but whatever lol I do have to go back and replace two tiles now that I have extra.
